Viewers of The Young and the Restless can look forward to seeing a familiar face make his way back to Genoa City in a new role: Robert Gossett, who briefly played the role of Y&R's Incident Commander in 2007, is set to appear on the CBS soap as Dan Szymborski, a character with connections to Newman Enterprises.
Official show teasers reveal that Szymborski is an ally of Newman Enterprises and will be mixing it up with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) when he appears in scenes on Wednesday, September 2.
As soap fans may recall, Gossett also starred on Passions as Woody Stumper from 2001 to 2004. His other credits include Silk Stockings, Dark Angel, ER, The Closer, Major Crimes, The Oath, and Greenleaf.
